Kaposhi cheeses, made on the estate, with wine from the cellar.
Kaposhi cheese is made here at Chaminuka. Tastings are in the Kaposhi Cave, a stone cave with a water feature, and come with wines from South Africa, France and Italy.
You can buy the cheeses to take home. Clement, the camp manager, will book this for you.
